Reached out by Recruiter, Ask for Referral?
A recruiter from a midsized bank reached out to me on LinkedIn for a team they’re trying to expand. I’m not really interested in that department but they have other departments I’m interested instead. Has anyone asked a recruiter for a referral to another department like this? Wondering what’s the best way to go about this.
