Reasonable targets for 2023FT

I just started my stint as a summer analyst at a smaller NYC investment bank. I'm pretty ambitious and have my eyes set on HF, which looks far away at this point - but I want to do everything I can to get there. I come from an almost target school, with a mediocre GPA (above 3.5, I am a STEM major though). What are some reasonable exit opportunities for me for FT recruiting?
I'm not the greatest at networking so want to limit my focus to places that are realistic but could help me get to the next step in my career.
