Received a FT offer more than a year left on studies..

I have a hypothetical question. Let’s assume that in your second year of your bachelors degree, you receive an internship for the summer at a top tier firm (GS, MS e.g). You do the internship and receive a FT offer. What if you want to do a master? I guess the firm won’t commit to the offer for two years before starting? Could you apply for the same internship position next year again or what do you do?
