Receiving a W after signing offer

I’m a senior that recently signed a ft offer w/ MBB. Unfortunately, I am going to have to take a W this semester due to an academic dishonesty violation (obviously I recognize the gravity of this mistake, and have a lot of remorse). I will still be able to graduate on time next semester, but I’m worried about having to explain the W, and if this is reportable by my school to my employer. Can anyone provide some insight into how screwed I am and what I should do?
