Recruiters in London don't respond to your Linkedin message. What is it like in other cities? Can you please share your thoughts?
I feel that the recruiters also have a belief that if I am "open to work" or actively networking then I am a weak candidate. Its fucked up that in business these people are guided by their stupid unjustified beliefs instead of some objective methodology of evaluating candidate. I have more than 1 year of experience and I graduated from a good business school. I can code and have decent machine learning skills. I don't want to discuss my issues with not getting a job I want but the fact that I don't even get a response from a inhouse recruiter is fucking concerning. If the market is oversupplied with candidates like me then I don't have a problem. But I seriously feel that the inhouse recruiters in London are lazy as fuck. This has to be the easiest job in the world. It happened with me 3 times that a recruiter sent me an email to arrange an interview and then never responded. The consultants are even fucking worse.
