Recruiting as a Junior for IB Internships

Junior at an East Coast target who went through the banking internship recruiting process last year, and ended up signing an exploding offer at a PE firm in a more niche investing role.

Due to personal reasons as well as career interests I am most interested in pursuing a career in technology investment banking on the West Coast. I'm starting to realize that because of me signing the exploding offer my current position to recruit as a new graduate might not be as strong as hoped. My current options are as follows:

1. Delay graduation to work a spring/off-cycle internship and recruit for investment banking internships for this year.
2. Complete a master's degree with my extra semester in school and subsequently recruit for investment banking internships this year for my senior summer.
3. Hold out for new graduate recruiting. 

I have some reservations about recruiting for internships again. There were firms where I did get a good amount of chats, and would it be odd for them to see me in the internship pool again? 

Similarly, would firms where I didn't get lots of connections be able to tell easily that I am re-classing myself for investment banking recruiting? Lastly, does it make sense for me to put this summer's internship on my resume? Or would that draw more attention to my current positioning.
