Recruiting during work hours
How TF am I supposed to be taking calls with recruiters without being sus? For context, I work in a small office and don’t want my team to know I am actively looking for other roles, and I’m in the office 5 days a week (WFH has to get approved in advance by my group head and she is pretty anti-WFH).
