Recruiting for boutiques/LMM IB
I've spent most of my time recruiting for bb ib as well as "safer" corporate finance and accounting internships. Does anyone have insights regarding the timeline and recruitment cycle for smaller, regional boutiques?
I am under the impression that cold-emailing as many firms as possible is my best bet. That being said, I'm not exactly sure when I should start sending emails and who the emails should be addressed to.
Any insights would be great.
