Recruiting for New York out of San Francisco
How has one handled this in the past? Any difficulties to note for mid-level (VP) type roles (lending / cap markets nationally, nothing region specific)? May start thinking about this. Obviously not ideal for networking. What other pain points? Appreicate it!
