Recruiting for other finance roles after IB SA
Current IB SA at a decent firm and I absolutely hate it. Obviously gonna tough it out through the summer, but I'm sure this is not what I want to do post-graduation. I'm looking to recruit for other roles like corp dev or corp finance FP&A type stuff with a more chill lifestyle preferably in big tech. How much will having a summer of IB experience make me stand out vs. other candidates and what is the best way to approach recruiting for these types of roles?
