Recruiting in current environment
Hi guys,
What is your view on IB recruiting in the current geopolitical and economic environment?
I am in later stage lateral processes at the moment but banks have increasingly taken longer to respond and to set up interviews. Do you think this is driven by the current uncertainty that processes are rather put on hold?
