recruiting PE from coverage group?
if your in a coverage group at a BB, will it be impossible to recruit for PE funds that are either generalist or focus on an industry that your coverage group doesn’t? (e.g., could a healthcare analyst at Barclays go for tech buyout at Carlyle?)
