Career Resources
PMG >> IB BB, but it's insanely hard to get into straight out of undergrad, especially from only a semi-target.
Most AM funds only take experienced hires. I only did buy-side - no regrets. you shouldn't worry about comp this early in your career. yes, you are just out of undergrad - you have to be realistic. really depends on the shop and how good you are. at some places like fidelity/wellington you can become a lifer.
which semi-target do you go to? might be able to help point you in a direction. pm is fine.
