Regional Investment Bank or Big 4 Firm as a first job

Hey everyone!

I am a recent graduate and am currently applying to companies for my first job. I am ultimately interested in working in consulting, investment banking, or advisory.

I interviewed with regional investment banks (those are investment banks that are not multinationals but are based in either Europe or Dubai) as well as big 4 firms (big 4 positions in Financial Accounting Advisory and potential other Advisory positions).

Having my ultimate goal in mind (a career in consulting, IB, or Financial Advisory) and also having in mind studying for a masters degree in around 2 years, what do you guys think would be better to get a step closer to my goal? Working with a regional investment bank based in Dubai or working with a big 4 firm in the Middle East region?
