Relocation to US

Hello, I obtained my US permanent residence last year and I am thinking of relocating to US from Turkey this year. I have 20 yrs of experience in commercial credits as credit analyst, credit underwriting manager and workout manager in Turkey. I have a MBA from a leading university in Turkey. Though the basics for commercial credits are the same in both countries, the business practices, laws and regulations differ considerably. Therefore, I am planning to take a step back and continue my career as a commercial credit analyst in US. Currently I am working towards CRC (Credit Risk Certificate) from RMA.

  1. What other certificates do you recommend me to obtain?
  2. I see that real estate market is quite hot. Do NAMU/ CMMU or FHA/VA licences help to find a descent job?
  3. Which trainings do you recommend me to get to improve my US law and regulations knowledge?
  4. Which positions do you recommend me to apply as a commercial credit person?

I feel really mixed up through my job search. Though the commercial credits market seems very strong, meaning there are lots of job announcements, I am not sure how to proceed.

Thanks for your valuable comments
