Requesting Tips for Recruiting Through Summer
With the recruiting process approaching an end for most firms, what are students who didn't receive interviews or are waiting on them doing right now to improve their chances?
What's your networking approach? Are you being more direct for your chats? Are you chatting with seniors at the firm? Would love to gain some insight
I'm reaching out to HR to see who's on the school recruiting team, and then hitting up people from there.
Are they allowed to even give out that info? I have spoken to campus recruiting and they have not been open to that.
I emailed our campus HR (Target School), and they sent me a PDF containing names/emails/position of people on the OCR team
Oh ok. I come from a non target so that makes more sense.
