Research Analyst at CRISIL - is it a good opportunity?

Hi all,

I'm struggling with a difficult decision these days and I'm coming here to ask for some advice.

I have just been offered a role as a "Credit Analyst" in a company called Crisil. Unfortunately there is not much information about this company on the internet.

I am currently working as a back office analyst in Morgan Stanley in Germany, needless to say it is not the job of my dreams, but I am happy with my colleagues and I would be giving up a job and a career in a great firm if I decided to move.
