Resign before or after background check?
For lateral positions at a BB (current analyst), would one resign before or after the background check? Assuming that your record is clear / offer letter is signed. Really ready to leave but also don't want to find myself in a bad situation.
Similarly, how long do analyst background checks at a BB usually take?

Yea just do after. It’s a matter of a week or so. Literally only downside to jumping the gun
