Resume Jumpiness

Spent my 20s in several different capacities (investment banking, equity research, buy side) and have hopped between firms. I'm at the point now where people either puke at my background or appreciate my story.

Anybody else deal with this? I feel like I know what I want to do now long term (actually consulting), but don't feel great when looking back at my path here.
