Resume weakspot

I'm am about to get ready to start shootin resumes out there. I have a strong GPA, 3.9+ with a major in economics and a minor in mathematics. My Math and Econ GPA is 4.0. I have a year work experience in RE PE. Only thing I'm worried about is that I graduated from a non target school, but what worries me more is my mediocre SAT scores: 690 Math and 630 Verbal. Long story short I wasn't a fourth of the student I was in college, and I recently took the lsat and scored in the 98th percentile.

I know that the competitive positions are going to ask about SAT scores. But what can I do to overshadow my mediocre score? I plan on mentioning briefly at the bottom of my resume my LSAT score and its percentile rank. But should I try and take the GMAT? is a 1320 enough to not get me dinged?
