So, I just had someone write me an amazing letter of recommendation for scholarship. Can I reuse the letter (unedited) in a job application setting?

I do not see a reason why this would be a problem. The only thing I would add is to make sure that you reach out to the person who provided the recommendation and let them know you are doing this. It's a good way to make sure you still have their approval and if the company reaches out to him/her then he/she will know it is coming and can speak intelligently as to why the company should hire you.
