Non diversity at a target/semi target for west coast. Primarily tried for bulge bracket banks and a couple of EBs. Is recruitment mostly over? Or are some banks yet to start? I’m not sure what I can do, I feel like I networked well but let’s see.
Also - what is the situation in NYC like? Have those processes started?
