Hey, I was wondering how many of you got jobs at small hedge funds/PE or at boutique banks that do not have a formal summer analyst position. Did you just e-mail asking if they needed help over the summer, did you ask alums that worked at the firms? Also, do many (if any) boutiques have formal SA programs for undergrads?
