Sa at Top Firm ... Multiple Cities
So I was fortunate enough to score an SA at a top US ibank and had a great time there. During the course of the summer I found out that a close family friend is an MD w/the firm in one of the firm's foreign offices. I'll be vacationing with the family in the region for 2 weeks and the MD offered to let me intern there for a week. I obviosuly accepted as Ill be able to throw it on the resume. The question is...how would I work this in? thanks
I wouldn't make the working abroad part a different experience item from the SA slot: they are the same bank, right? Mention you were invited to work at an office abroad for a weeklong experience, etc. etc. Of course, make it a bit more accurate and use the active voice so they know you didn't just wander into the office there.
