SA in LDN, FT in NY after US masters?

Title says it all. Will be doing a summer internship at a BB in their London office, but after that I’ll go to the US for a one-year masters degree at a target school, and will be eligible for the 3 year STEM OPT visa. The bank sponsors internationals. My goal is to get my FT offer (assuming I get one) for the NYC office

Is this even doable? How should I navigate the networking between the various offices, given that the EMEA and North America teams don’t work together much? Should I make this clear or keep it quiet, talk to HR etc…

All of this assumes return offer which I know isn’t a given, especially in this economy, but any tips would be greatly appreciated
