SA to FT Lateral Process
Wanted to start this thread out of curiosity for those who have gone through the process or know what the time line is. What is the recruiting process like for FT IB if you have a junior SA internship? Is the process before that internship starts or after and is it a more difficult process than junior SA recruiting?
