An American investment banking firm America2030 net is seeking a Business Development Manager with emphasis on offering loans backed by securities (stock-loans) locally to:

Stock Brokers

Asset & Wealth Managers

Public Companies

Candidate is required to seek out clients in USA who are interested in obtaining a loan collateralized by publicly traded securities (stocks).

Billions of dollars are lent out yearly against securities. This is a huge industry.

Average loan is $3M-$50M and we offer on average a 2%-8% Success Fee to our independent salespeople equating to $60,000-$800,000 commission for each deal. Some loans will be smaller and some much larger. Our minimum loan amount $100,000 and no maximum.

It is very common to earn a 6 figure commission on one transaction.

You've heard of loans secured (backed) by car titles or other assets, these are large multimillion dollar loans backed by securities.

Very simple and quick process. Most loans close in 2-3 weeks.

We are a USA , Hong Kong and European based financial brokerage firm and we represent major Lenders, Banks & Hedge funds that lend funds against securities (stocks) at 4-5% and up to 80% loan to value (LTV).

This is a commission only "part and full time position" and offers huge income possibility.

We do not charge borrowers any up-front fees, which makes us more reliable in delivering results to clients.

Your commissions are paid at closing.

No experience necessary, but our ideal candidate will have experience in business brokerage, financial sales, mortgages, insurance, loans, legal, commercial real estate or securities.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years professional financial sales experience interacting with owners, ultra-high net worth individuals and executives.

Your requirement is too approach stock brokers, publicly traded companies, asset managers, wealth managers or locate large shareholders and offer them a low interest loan backed by publicly traded stock.

You find the clients, we place the loan.

Stock-Loans are asset qualified, not borrower. No credit-checks, no income necessary.

Work part time or full time, its up to you. We will provide you with all the training and working materials that will get you in front of a client. It will then be up to you to close that client.
