I was wondering if anyone who works/worked in Scandinavia in banking or trading knows:
-what the pay is like (are taxes as high as everyone says)? -is fluency in the local language required? -if they hire a decent amount of straight out of college kids each year?

Ha, well I'd say if fluency in the local language were required then the answer to the third question (assuming you mean college kids from the U.S.) would be a resounding "No."
The taxes are pretty high and the languages are really hard to learn
