Second Round Interview
I have an upcoming 2nd round interview for a boutique IB. I first had a short phone interview asking what I knew about IB and the company, why do I want to work in IB and for X bank, etc. I was then brought in to the office and met over half the office (10 employees) and was asked pretty much the same questions with a few more about different valuation and simple accounting methods. I will meet the two Managing Partners for my next interview. Can anyone give me any insight as to what to expect for this interview?

1) Does that matter? 2) Are you a tween? Because asking "r u a girl?" on a forum designed for older professionals/college students tells me that like omg you totally are.
