Second Thoughts as I go through Interview Process

Been going through an entry level ER role process. It has been going quickly, the amount of steps has felt a little overdone. 4 total interviews, 2 several-hour (3/4) tests/meetings

In the last conversation, the guy basically said to cancel my plans for the first 6 months and that it’s gonna be hell as I work up the learning curve. They cover over 30 companies. Senior analyst, senior associate, VP that just started own coverage so is winding out.

They had a previous entry level person who left after 6 months.

Maybe I’m getting cold feet. I don’t even have an offer yet. This 2nd test is upcoming. Just would like to hear thoughts from others.
