Hey y'all, I was looking to see if anyone has had experience lateraling after their junior SA internship. I am currently a rising junior and have already accepted an offer at an upper MM IB shop that is growing, but I am not sure if I'll want to stay there. Was hoping someone would have some input on how the lateral process works, what level of networking is required, etc. Thank you
