Seeking professional advice

Hi there everyone, my name is Abdallah El-Sherif I am 22 years old and I am new to this forum. Now still undergraduate in a civil engineering program, one of the top, here in Egypt. I am currently doing my CFA level 1 next December. To try to leverage it next to 730 GMAT and internship from the reputable firm in the MENA region, CI Capital. I was wondering what next? I want to go masters program in LBS or LSE, what should I do? or should I work for 2-3 years here at one of the reputable places then go try land MBA at IVY school by leveraging my Quantitative background, experience, CFA, GMAT beside what I'd have learned to develop my personal skills and traits? Any guidance help for someone like me, as everyone, dreaming of landing a job in one of the best Funds? Help me, please. Thank you.
