Sell side boutique ER vs Tier 3 BB Markets Grad Programme

Hi all,

I have two job offers, the first is joining an ER team covering Tech - Software and cloud at a reputable sell-side European boutique. The second is an 18-month rotational programme within markets + capital markets at a Tier 3 European bank.

My previous experience is surrounding markets/capital markets. I have relatively more interest in the work the ER team is doing and developing that skill set. The only thing I am wary about medium-term career trajectory and optionality at an early stage of my career.

I would be interested in your two cents on how to weigh up these two options.

Thanks all
