Sending email after no luck on LinkedIn?

Wondering what to do here…
I was sending LinkedIn requests with messages to bankers at a BB (3-4), but unfortunately got no hits even though the one VP I sent a request to did view my profile.
Since I was just able to find their email formats, should I try emailing these same people? Or should I try emailing totally different bankers at this office? Or should I keep trying on LinkedIn and avoid emailing, if that’s weird? Not sure what to do, really want to try and talk to a few at tbis bank as it is my top choice, and their process is very slow to start so I am not too behind for this specific bank.
Let me know how you would approach this situation, or how you would want to be reached if you were in the shoes of these bankers hearing from me.
Any help is extremely appreciated, thank you.

1. Don’t send out messages on LinkedIn, it’s too informal/I would never accept a LinkedIn request from some random kid trying to network. Just email them, even if it takes more to guess/you end up not being able to contact some people.

2. I probably would just email new people, assuming the firm is big enough. May as well start fresh rather than continue to bother people who already saw your LinkedIn message.
