Senior Non-Target -- Two Offers

Hello all. First I wanted to thank everyone on this site for constant advice along my job search. This has been a long process, but I have been lucky enough to formally received two offers. The first is with a BB within their Operations Analyst Development Program. The second is with a top Aerospace & Defense contractor within their Finance Leadership Development Program.

I thought this was an easy answer and my mind was made up, but I have received differing opinions from friends and family members over the past 24 hours. I am in no way basing my opinion on what this forum has to offer, but I would like to know the reputation and exit opportunities for each program.

Any help is appreciated!

FLDP in DATS. Then move to a DATS group, if that's what you are interested in. Shouldnt be too hard - much easier than moving up from the back-office, anyways
