Shell vs MB(B) vs BB IBD have no clue which one to pick

Guys, long time reader here, never posted though, but I really would like some advise on the offers I now have as I am very unsure about which should take.

Shell, would be in their finance trainee program.

Pros: Great work-life balance, 40 days vacation, great retirement, "You never leave", I am dutch good for networking/future promotions

Cons: "You never leave", I dont like accounting that much;), although you can easily switch to other positions in the firm (at least so they told me)

MBB (not bain)

Pros : Should be the best starting position as a graduate,MBA aka 2 years of extra partying,

Cons Did not get even invited to bain somehow, found that quite disappointing as I care very much about partying. This firm was a bit more formal/hierarchical which I am not

BB (JPM/ML/CS) IBD department

Pros: Absurd pay, Got shitfaced with some people in the team

Cons: I dont care so much about money, and again exit opps well already did an PE internship didnt found it to be so exciting so that doesnt really matter much

Thanks

Why even work then? The government will take care of you.

Why do accounting if that not what you want to do? I would say take a step in the direction you want. Work life balance? Put in a few years of grinding and they will pay off.

Sounds like BB is the way to go.

Fear is the greatest motivator. Motivation is what it takes to find profit.

If you want prestige, just go with the IBD. But if you think you can network and move from the finance trainee program to the trading department at Shell, then you won't regret it. It pays a lot of money!!!

Do you have a preference in terms of what you want to be doing on a day-to-day basis? Dedicating all your work to one company, helping advise other companies on strategy, or advise companies on raising capital or pursuing M&A? The roles are all different.

If you don't care much about money or exit opportunities, then what are your priorities? For prestige, take the BB IBD offer, especially since it seems you get along well with the team. For work-life balance, consulting or Shell.

Are all offers for the same location? NYC or Europe?
