Should I get any job in Finance as I continue working towards the job I want?
Should I just get any job in Finance as I keep applying/networking for ER roles until I land something or should I just keep grinding until I land something?
I see some people on here grind jobless until they land something they truly want so I just want a bit of perspective on this and if it's even appropriate.
I graduated this past May from a non-target and have been trying to get a job in ER (I understand the amount of effort it's going to take to make this happen and I'm up for it). I have no internships but I do have good academic achievements related to research. This being said, I'm determined to get a job in ER but I know it might take sometime (even open to internships for places that will allow them for post grads).
