Should I leverage offer?

So as was said in my previous post I interviewed for a quant role at a BB(NYC Office) at the end of August, and they just told me I should be hearing back within the next 1~2 weeks. I know for sure I am on the waiting list and they prob just wait for the top1 candidate to respond. In the meantime I got an offer from another BB (Local office) for a not-so-quant role (think about business analysis and compliance stuff). I was wondering if I can leverage this offer and kinda speed up the decision from the other BB? My concern is that the roles are very different, and I am not sure how the other BB would perceive me. Any input from you guys will be much appreciated!!
