Should I quit my job before bonus?
I have an offer which the payout and portfolio is 1 steps higher than my current pay and roles. However, should I wait for the year-end bonus then only I resign? Since it is 5 months to wait till the year-end bonus. But, if I were to wait until year end, then I will lose this job offered. My current job isn't that bad, but I want to make a move because I would like to higher pay and career advancement. What would you do if you were me?
