I recall on this forum elsewhere reading that a Navy SEAL spent every day thinking "let's just make it to lunch," then "let's make it to dinner," then "let's make it to bedtime." I know sitting where you are is extremely difficult. It's ok to feel the way you feel. Try to make every day a small victory and break down each day into smaller moments.
Try to make every single possible small instance into a victory. Making it to the next day is a victory. Making it to even lunch is a victory. You can do this.
At the same time, if you have free time, try to talk to others around you and recruit out. I wish you the best.
