So how much do first-year operations analysts make?
I am curious to know how much the first year analysts in operations make at a BB. 40K? 50K? 70K? 80K? Anyone knows?

55-60K and some banks pay OT...so a buddy of mine ended up makin like 25K in OT. But he was in a "products group" in PWM so I don't know if that was operations but I know he didn't face clients so I would assume so.

Around 60K at most banks. some will give you a 10k sign on and most will pay OT. OT like 1man2nv said depends on the group youre placed in. Some kids in derivatives docs here are makin more than boutiquebank4life will every make working at the shitty boutique he works at.
