So I had my interview...

I had my interviews that I posted about a few weeks ago. They both went incredibly well. The first was with two regional directors for the firm and the second with the director and manager of the firm (who flew in specifically for the interview).

They let me know the day after my first interview that I am moving forward because they really liked me. I had my second interview and handled myself very well with the director, who was firing questions left and right at me, sometimes not even letting me finish. He mentioned he was impressed and then left the interview. The other manager said to me to "relax, as you've been endorsed heavily by the other directors" and that I'm "90% of the way there". We then proceeded to talk about hockey and soccer for the rest of the interview. It went very well. He said we'll be in touch.

Its been 5 days. How long should I wait before I get in touch?

Generally, if you get an offer, your offer will come within 10-12 business days after the final interview. Obviously that number is a lock as they may have other candidates or obligations. Assuming you sent typical 'thank you' emails within 24 hours of your interview - they know you're anxious.

I'd email them again Monday morning to 'check in' and see if there's anymore questions they have for you, etc. (but, basically you're just saying wtf is up? Am I still being considered?) Just my .02.

I'll do what I can to help ya'll. But, the game's out there, and it's play or get played.

Thanks. I didnt actually send a thank you mail because I did so prior to my first interview. Because my last interview was on a Friday, I figured it would be fine, if I didnt. I was going to wait until Friday (since it'll be a week) but I guess Monday makes more sense. Although, they know I'm anxious, I chased and chased prior to even being granted an interview.

And as I said, the manager mentioned I'm practically assured the job. Just not sure how long I can wait lol

Lol. Well, best of luck. Logic behind waiting til Monday is - lots of people leave early, busy trying to wrap things up before the weekend, tough to get HR to move/get things approved, etc.
