So Much Paperwork

Recently accepted an offer at a BB and got the giant paperwork emails today. I've been working for very small businesses for the last 6 years and completely forgot how much paperwork is involved with giant corporations.

Along with the paperwork comes a whole bunch of "corporatey" stuff that I am sure will come flooding back as I make that transition.

Would love to hear from you guys:

If you could get rid of ONE administrative task that you HAVE to do all the time...what would you choose?
