I will participate the assessment center in Hong kong. Any one has any advice on how to prepare for the ac?
I am not sure how the interviews will be structured. for those who participate in an AC, would be the interview more competency based or technical aspect?
also, there would be a group discussion. what kind of topic would be possible to touch on?
