Sophomore internship fell through — what now?

Title sums it up, the place I was planning on working at this summer ghosted me. I finished SA23 recruiting with a very strong offer, so I’m not too concerned about that other than the fact that I put incoming for my planned sophomore place on the resume they used to hire me. Any thoughts on what to do from here? I’m thinking of looking for another boutique, but at this point I doubt I’ll be able to find something that pays and has good experience. Possibly a startup? Looking for ideas on what to spend my time doing this summer and preventing any possible issues with my 2023 offer

Contact the firm you have a 2023 offer with and explain the situation. I’m sure they won’t mind….

Better to let them know than to wait and have them find out some other way
