Sophomore looking for help

I’m a sophomore at a non-target school in North Jersey looking to intern somewhere in NYC next summer. I applied to a few of the big programs for sophomore’s (Morgan Stanley, BoA, HSBC) but I’m not sure what my backup options should be if that doesn’t work.

I interned this past summer for a Wealth Management firm and the team of advisors invited me back but I want to try something else.

I have a great resume — President and Founder of Finance Club, Treasurer of Frat, College Athlete, etc. I have a 3.6 GPA and I’m Hispanic if that makes a difference.

Thanks.
