Sophomore Summer
Does the internship after your sophomore year even matter anymore considering current sophomores are recruiting rn for IBSA or are already done? Whats ideal for a non diverse sophomore to have lined up going into recruiting? For context I’m about to finish my freshman year at a large undergrad biz school and networked into an internship at a boutique IB for this upcoming summer. Any comments greatly appreciated
