Spring Week Application (4 year degree)

hello so i’m an incoming international student at a uk target sch - i’m officially enrolled in a 4 year long integrated masters course, but i can graduate in 3 years if i want to. Applying for the 4 years visa kinda removes the visa extension headache for me (gives me added flexibility). I really wanna apply for spring weeks this cycle, is that possible? because technically i’m a first year in a 4 year course but i’m not rly sure if i’m gonna do the fourth year. would rly appreciate some help thankss
