S&T, what to do if recruit not successful?

Currently recruiting in london, but already got dinged twice with SJTs.
It’s not like IBD that i can recruit for big4 TAS / EBs. Theres not much alternatives to s&t and quant trading roles are even more difficult to get in
So , what are the options if BB SA recruit fails?
MM S&T as well as balance sheet bank S&T
For MM - like macquarie / socgen / bnp?
What is a balance sheet bank in London? Natwest?
There are other non BB banks lmfao... Aside from that
Local boutique capital markets stuff.
Market risk jobs.
Research/public market oriented roles.
