Stay at my current job or take middle office job

Currently I work as a phone based advisor for a large company. I have my 7 and 66 and also a MBA. I was offered a middle office job going derivative operations work, mostly TRS and CDX swaps. I honestly do not know where middle office jobs lead to in the future and was looking for insight. My role progression now is to move to a branch to do face to face advising. I am torn of which path to take.
